The beautiful cliffs of Big Sur are the backdrop of a spectacle we experience once every decade or so, where the desert floor comes alive in a riot o colors. 2023's Super Blooms gave us the best one yet where the vibrancy of California poppies takes center stage along with purple/blue lupines standing tall in regal clusters.
